Purpose
Head office users can reopen a closed contract if required.
This function is used when changes need to be made to a closed contract.
Note that additional charges can be made through the Cash Receipts option and do not require a reservation to be reopened.
Accessing Re-Open Contract
Reservations>Reopen Contract
To Reopen a Closed Reservation
1. Enter the number of the closed reservation and click on View.
The following form will display for you to check the details
2. To make changes, click on the Update button
This will open the booking for you to make any changes
3. When you are finished, you can click on the Close Booking button to re-close the booking
