Rate Import Log

Purpose:

The Rate Import Log report provides a detailed record of all rates that have been imported into Rental Car Manager (RCM) over a specified date range. It allows administrators and support staff to review imported rate data, verify changes made during an import, and audit historical rate updates across vehicle categories, locations, and seasons.

To Date

Time Stamp UTC

Batch #

Rate Name e.g. 1-2 Days, 3-5 days, etc.
Note that this column is not included in this report as of now due to a technical difficulty. We will continue to work on this report to include the rate name so that it is more comprehensive, till then you might need to use the Batch ID and see the rate name details using the Import History section on the Rate Import page.
