Quotation Sales Report
Purpose:
The Quotation Sales Report shows the quotations that were booked or converted to bookings. It allows for an easy way to see who converted quotes into bookings. The report groups the returning information by the operator who converted the quote.
Accessing Quotation Sales Report:
Reports >> Monthly Financial Report >> Quotation Sales Report
Parameters/Filters:
Operator Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. This report uses the location that has been assigned to the operator rather than the location of the booking. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region |
Operator | This report can be run for All Operators or a specific operator. This operator who converted the quote to a booking is what is reported on in this report. |
Report Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:

Report Date Range | The date range used in the report. |
Example:
Res | The reservation number of the booking. If there is a "U" in from of the booking number, than this is an unallocated booking. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Category | The vehicle category that has been assigned to the booking. |
Pickup | The pickup location of the booking. |
Pickup Date | The pickup date of the booking. |
Quote Entered | The date the quote was originally created |
Converted By | The name of the operator who converted this quote to a booking. If the name is "Online Booking", this means that the customer converted this quote using the Convert a Quote to Booking function. |
Rental Days | The number of rental days for this booking. |
Rental Revenue | The rental revenue amount for this booking. |
Average Rate | The average daily rental revenue for this booking. |
Insurance | The total amount for any insurance that has been assigned to this booking. |
Extra Revenue | The total cost of any extra fees that have been assigned to this booking. |
Total Sales | The total cost of this booking. |
