Quotation Conversion By Location Report
Purpose:
The Quotation Conversion Report displays the number of quotations by location over a selected date range. It also shows the number and percentage of these that were converted into a booking. This report allows for the choice of how the information will be grouped. It can be grouped by either Brand, Location, or Region.
Accessing Quotation Conversion Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Quotation Conversion Report
Parameters/Filters:
| Report Grouping | This report can be run for one of the following groupings:

Report Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:

Report Date Range | The date range applied to the report. |
Apply Pickup Date Range | If you have chosen the Date Entered date range, you can also choose to apply a pickup date range as well. To do this simply check this box. |
Pickup Date Range | The pickup Date range that will be applied to the report. |
Example:
Location/Brand/Region | Depending on the Report Grouping chosen, this will either be the pickup location, brand, or region associated with the quotes. |
No of Quotations | The total number of quotes that fall within the reporting period. |
No of Converted | The number of the quotations that have been converted to a booking. |
| Conversion Rate | The percentage of quotes that were converted to a booking. |
No of Days Sold | The total number of rental days for the quotes that were converted to a booking. If the quote was not converted, it is not included in this. |
No of Dollars Sold | The total cost of the quotes that were converted to a booking. If the quote was not converted, it is not included in this. |
Points to Note:
- The No of Dollars sold value includes rental rates and extra fees, however any Bond fees are not included.
