Quotation Conversion By Source Report

Purpose:

The Quotation Conversion Report displays the number of quotations by rental source over a selected date range. It also shows the number and percentage of these that were converted into a booking. This report groups the information by the rental source. You can choose to run this report as either a Summary or a Detail report.

Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Quotation Conversion Report >> Quotation Conversion By Source




Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location.
Region
This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region.
Report Date Range Type
This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:
  1. Date Entered
  2. Drop Off Date
  3. Pickup Date
Report Date Range
The date range that will be applied to the report.
Report Type
This report can be run for one of the following types:
  1. Summary Report
  2. Detail Report
Apply Pickup Date Range
You can also choose to apply a pickup date range as well. To do this simply check this box.
Pickup Date Range
The pickup date range that will be applied to this report.

The example below is the Summary Report option. The report results are grouped by the Rental Source.




Rental Source
The rental source associated with the quote.
No of Quotation
The total number of quotes that fall within the reporting period.
No of Converted
The number of the quotations that have been converted to a booking.
Conversion Rate
The percentage of quotes that were converted to a booking.
No of Days Sold
The total number of rental days for the quotes that were converted to a booking. If the quote was not converted, it is not included in this.
Converted Rental Revenue
he total cost of the rental revenue for quotes that were converted to a booking. If the quote was not converted, it is not included in this. 
Total Converted Revenue
he total cost of the quotes that were converted to a booking. If the quote was not converted, it is not included in this.


The example below is the Detail Report option. You can see the only difference is that the Detail Report includes and groups the report results by the operator who created the quote.


Points to Note:

  1. The report is based on the Operator that entered the quote. The quote may not have been converted by the same operator.
  2. Converted Rental Revenue only includes Rate charges.
  3. Total Converted Revenue includes Rate charges, and Extra Fees (not include Bond).
