Quotation Conversion By Operator Report
Purpose:
The Quotation Conversion Report displays the number of quotations by an operator a selected date range. It also shows the number that were converted into a booking. This report groups the information by the operator. It allows you to see a listing of the quotes for each operator.
Accessing Quotation Conversion By Operator Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Quotation Conversion Report >> Quotation Conversion By Operator
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Report Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:

Report Date Range | The date range that will be applied to the report. |
Example:
Operator | The name of the operator. Clicking on the red operator's name will open a listing of all of the quotes for this operator. |
No of Quote Entered | The number of quotes that this operator created that fall within this reporting period. |
No of Converted | The number of quotes that this operator converted to a booking within this reporting period. |
| No of Days Sold | The number of rental days for the quotes this operator has converted to a booking. |
No of Dollars Sold | The total cost of the quotes this operator has converted to a booking. |
Below is an example of the bookings listing that will be displayed when you click on the red operator's name.
Quote # | This is the Quote or the Unallocated Booking number. |
Quote Date | The date the quote was created. |
Pickup | The pickup location of the booking. |
Pickup Date | The pickup date of the booking. |
Drop Off | The drop off location of the booking. |
Drop Off Date | The drop off date of the booking. |
Converted | A flag to show whether this quote has been converted to a booking or not. |
Total Amount | The total cost of the booking. |
Points to Note:
- The report is based on the Operator that converted the quote, regardless of who entered the quote.
- The cost of the booking includes the rental rates and extra fees.
