Q: Why isn't two factor authentication working on my iPhone?

A: If two factor authentication isn’t working on your Apple device you may be affected by a known time bug with the latest versions of IOS.

To use Rental Car Manager’s two factor authentication with your Apple device you may need turn off the “Set Automatically” setting for your devices date and time as well as manually set the correct time.

To do this follow the steps below:

1. Open the Settings app. 
2. Open the General sub menu.

3. Tap “Date & Time”.


4. Disable “Set Automatically” and set the time manually.
