Q: Why isn't my email confirmation or quotation being received by the customer?

Please check first that the email address is correct. Incorrectly entered email addresses are the source of the problem most of the time. When sending the confirmation, you will be taken to the "Send & Recipients" tab. Make sure all the details are correct before continuing on through each of the tabs before finally sending.


Sender and Recipients Details
Check that your company email address or the location email address is correct. As Rental Car Manager uses this address as the "From" email address, if this is incorrect it will also cause emails to fail.
If you need to send to more than one recipient, make sure you separate each email with a comma. To test if the email is sending and being received, you can BCC yourself in the email.
