Q: Why is there no rate being displayed fo ran Agent Booking?
There may be one of several reasons why rates are not being displayed for an Agent booking request.
1. Has there been a rate setup for the agent rate type?
2. Has the agent rate type had rates assigned for the relevant booking period?
3. If there is no agent rate applied, or no rates have been assigned to the agent rate type for the booking period, has the system parameter flag "if no agent rate setup, use retail rate" been set to Yes?
