Q: Less / more vehicles appear in the Monthly Utilization Report than we have in our fleet, why is this?
A: If this is happening to you it is most likely due to the vehicle utilization dates being incorrect for your vehicles. To check the utilization dates for the vehicles that have appeared on the report, click on the average number of vehicles in red text corresponding with the category you wish to view.
If you see more or less vehicles for a category in your Monthly Utilization Report, you can check the utilization dates for each of the vehicles in each category.
This is done from the Vehicle Update page (Vehicle Maintenance > Vehicle Update) select the location and category you wish to view the vehicles for and click "Select".
This will display the vehicles from the specified location and category. To view and edit the utilization dates click the Access Details button corresponding to the vehicle you wish to view.
This will open the Vehicle Summary page. From here, click on the Utilize Log button as highlighted.
The Vehicle Utilization Record page will be opened. If the start and/ or end date is incorrect you can edit it by clicking the pencil icon or registration no in red as highlighted.
