Q: Is there a report that shows the total revenue per month of each vehicle category?
A: There are two possible reports you can use.
The Sales by Category Report, which shows total hireage for all categories. This report allows you to drill down on all the individual contracts per vehicle category.
Sales By Category Report
The Vehicle Performance Report under the Monthly Financial Reports tab (found under the Operating Control Report submenu). This report allows selection by individual category. Note that this report shows actual $ value hireage for the days in the report, e.g., for a report for 1st to 30th of June, it will show the value of hireage over those days - so if a hire is two months long (June and July), it will show the value of hireage for the 30 days in June.
