Q: Is there a report that could tell me the average length of hire?


A: Yes, the Monthly Utilisation Report displays the average length of hire by vehicle category.
To generate the report, go to Reports, then click the Monthly Financial Reports tab, and then Monthly Utilisation Report. You can see the average length of hire by vehicle category under the Average Days Per Booking column.
