Q: If we delete a vehicle do we lose the entire rental history ?
A: When you delete a vehicle record, you will not lose its history since the vehicle data is moved to the 'Deleted Vehicles' Tab. Contracts, rental revenue, and all associated transactions are retained and can be enquired on as usual.
To view deleted vehicles go to the Vehicle Maintenance menu and click on the Fleet List icon and then click on the 'Deleted Vehicles' tab.
