Q: If online bookings requests are coming through, do I still need to allocate vehicles to them?

A: Yes, unless the Rental Car Company has the function turned on which allocated booking at the time of making the booking, online booking requests are always received as unallocated bookings. After receiving an online booking request, the operator needs to allocate a vehicle to it.
