Q: If a vehicle is damaged can we attach a damage report to the reservation ?

A:  The Damage Management functionality records the current condition of the vehicle.   The details of the damage can then be optionally printed onto the Rental Agreement.  (Note that this requires a customisation to your Rental Agreement)
