Q: How do you change the words in a contract?

A: You may update a contract's text by selecting the "Agreement & Other Templates" icon on the "System Setup" Menu. If you are using a contract customised to your own layout, the wording may not be modifiable though. For more details, see the Rental Agreement Template article.
