Q: How can I customise the confirmation emails for Online Bookings?

A: It is now very easy to customize any email. Firstly, navigate to the Manage System Emails icon.
System Setup >> Manage System Emails


Click on the template type you wish to update. In this example, you want to select "Web/Agent Bookings - Confirmations & Quotations".



Email Free Sale - online
This is the standard confirmation email when a booking has been successfully accepted online. It is sent automatically. 

Email On Request- online
This email is sent when a category is flagged 'Might be Available' - It is sent automatically.

Email Quotation - online 
This one is sent when a Quotation is made online - it is sent automatically.

Example - Customizing the Email On Request- Online Template 

After clicking on the "Email On Request - Online" template. You'll be presented with the screen as seen below:


Here you can update your current template text as well as updating or adding any other additional information in the terms and conditions.
Click "Save" to update any changes.
