Q:Can I print a confirmation instead of emailing it if my customer does not have an email address.
A: Yes you can print a confirmation at anytime and pass or forward it to the customer via fax or other means. The print option is available on either Booking Details screen or the Booking Documents tab in the Booking Form. See screen shots below.
