Print Blank Contract
Purpose
Under Reservations, you have the option to print a blank contract to be filled out manually and signed by the customer.
To modify the blank contract template contact RCM Support (support@rentalcarmanager.com) for assistance.
Accessing and Printing the Blank Contract / Rental Agreement
The Print Blank Contract icon can be found under the Reservations menu.
Reservations > Print Blank Contract
This will display the "Blank Rental Agreement". You can select the company / brand and then the location for the agreement from the drop down lists. Click "Continue" to then display the Rental Agreement / Blank Contract.
The blank contract can be printed using your web browsers print features.
