Operator Sales By Source Report

Purpose:

The Operator Sales by Source Report displays bookings made by operators grouped by source or campaign code.  The report shows the number of bookings made and the percentage of bookings coming from each source or campaign.
The report is displayed in summary format but you are able to drill down to show the booking details of bookings associated with each source or campaign code.

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Operator Entry Report >> Operator Sales By Source Report




Parameters/Filters:


Location Selection Type
The report can either be run for the Operator Location or the Pickup Location.
Location
The report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location.
Operator
The report can be run for All Operators or a specific operator.
Report Type
The report can either be run grouping the information by Rental Source or Campaign Code
Date Range Type
The report can be run using one of the following options for Date Range Type:
  1. Date Entered
  2. Pickup Date
  3. Drop off Date
Date Range
The date range the report will be run for,

The information in this report is grouped by the Operator.




Operator
The name of the operator who created the booking.
Rental Source/Campaign Code
This is either the Rental Source or the Campaign Code associated with the booking depending on which one you ran the report for.
Clicking on the red rental source/campaign code will open a listing of the bookings.
Total Bookings
The total number of bookings that fall within this reporting period.
No Contracts
The number of bookings for the operator and rental source/campaign code.
% of Contracts
The percentage of the contracts. This is calculated by No Contracts divided by Total Bookings.
Total Sales
The total sales amount for the operator and rental source/campaign code.

The screen below is what is shown when you click on either the Rental Source/Campaign Code.




Res #
The reservation number of the booking.
Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen.
Category
The vehicle category associated with the booking.
Source
The rental source associated with the booking.
Agency
The name of the agency associated with the booking.
Vehicle
The registration number of the vehicle assigned to the booking.
Pickup
The pickup location of the booking.
Pickup Date
The pickup date of the booking.
Drop Off Date
The drop off date of the booking.
Customer
The name of the customer associated with the booking.
Company
The company associated with the booking.
Date Booked
The date the booking was created
Booked By
The name of the operator who created the booking.
No Days
The number of rental days of the booking.
AVG Rate 
The average daily rental rate of the booking. 
The is calculated by Rental Revenue divided by No Days
Rental Revenue
The total rental revenue for the booking, this is the rental rates.
Extras Revenue
The total cost of any extras associated with the booking.
Total Revenue
The total cost of the booking.


Points to Note:

  1. The report will include unallocated bookings, the report does not include cancelled or maintenance bookings.
  2. When a quote is converted to a booking, the Booked by value will be reset to the person who converted the quote to a booking.
