Operator Inspections Report
Purpose:
The Operator Inspections report provides a list of Vehicle Inspections that have been performed in the date range selected. The report can be grouped by all or individual operators.
Note that you must be using the Vehicle Inspections feature in RCM to run this report.
Accessing Operator Inspections Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Operator Entry Report >> Operator Inspections Report
Parameters/Filters:
Location | This report can be run to restriction the inspection based upon the location of the vehicle. It can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Inspection Date Range | The date range the report will use to find vehicle inspections. This is the date the vehicle inspection was created. |
Operator | This report can be run for All Operators or a specific Operator. |
Example:
Operator | The name of the Operator that created the vehicle inspection. |
ID | The ID of the vehicle inspection, clicking on the red ID number will allow you to view the vehicle inspection. |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle the vehicle inspection was performed for. |
Created Date | the date and time the vehicle inspection was created. |
Points to Note:
Unless you have the Vehicle Inspection function setup within RCM this report will not return any information.
