On Request Conversion Report
Purpose:
The On Request Conversion Report lists any bookings that have been converted from an initial status of On Request. It shows which of your RCM operators performed the conversion.
Accessing On Request Conversion Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Operator Entry Report >> On Request Conversion
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | Report can be run for All Locations or a specific Pickup Location. |
Region | Report can be run for all regions or a specific region. If both a Pickup Location and a Region are selected, then the Region will be applied. |
Operator | The report can be run for All Operators or a specific operator |
Date Range - Pickup Date or Date Converted | The date range that will be applied to the conversion or pickup date when running this report. |
Example:
Res | The reservation number of the booking that was converted from On Request. |
Category | The Vehicle Category that has been assigned to the booking that was converted from On Request. |
Customer | The name of the customer against the booking. |
Pick Up | The pickup location that has been assigned to the booking. |
Pick Up Date | The pickup date and time against the booking. |
Drop Off Date | The drop off date and time against the booking |
Date Booked | The date and time the booking was created. |
Booked By | The name of the operator who created the booking. |
Source | The rental source against the booking. |
Agency | If this is an agent booking, their name will appear in this column. |
Date Converted | The date and time the booking was converted from an On Request booking. |
Converted | The name of the operator who converted the booking. |
Rental Days | The number of rental days against the booking. |
AVG Rate | The average daily rental rate against the booking. |
Rental Sales | The total of the rental rates against the booking. |
Insurance Sales | The total cost of the insurance option against the booking. |
Booking Total | Total cost of the booking, this is Rental Rate + Insurance Sales + Extra Items. |
