On Request By Source Report
Purpose:
The On Request By Source Report displays all On Request bookings by source, the rental revenues per source, and the total revenue for all sources. It also shows the revenue for the On Request bookings which have been converted.
Accessing On Request By Source Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Report >> Quotation By Source Report >> On Request By Source
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region |
Brands | If the branding function has been turned on within your RCM system, you can run this report for All Brands or a specific brand. |
Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific category type. |
Category | This report can be run for All Categories or a specific category. |
Report Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date ranges:

Report Date Range | The date range that will be applied to this report. |
Example:
Source | The rental source associated with the booking. Clicking on the red rental source will open a listing of the bookings. |
No On Request | The number of On Request bookings for this rental source. |
No On Request % | The percentage of On Request bookings that have this rental source assigned to them. This is calculated by the No of Rental Source divided by the Report Grand Total of Rental Source. |
No Days | The total number of rental days for the bookings associated with this rental source. |
Rental Revenue | The total rental revenue for the bookings associated with this rental source. This is the rental rates only. |
Extras Revenue | The total cost of any extra fees that have been assigned to the bookings associated with this rental source. |
Total Revenue | The total revenue for the bookings associated with this rental source. |
Revenue % | The percentage for the revenue that is for this rental source. This is calculated by the Total Revenue divided by he Report Grant Total Revenue. |
No Converted | The number of the On Request bookings that were converted to a booking. |
% Success Rate | The success rate for this rental source. This is calculated by No Converted divided by No On Request. |
Converted Revenue | The total revenue for the bookings associated with this rental source that were converted to a booking. |
Below is an example of the screen which is displayed when you click on the red Rental Source.
Res | The reservation number of the booking. Clicking on the red reservation number will open the Booking Details screen. |
Source | The rental source associated with the booking. |
Pickup Loc | The pickup location of the booking. |
Pickup Date | The pickup date of the booking. |
Drop Off Date | The drop off date of the booking. |
Customer | The name of the customer who is associated with the booking. |
No Days | The total number of rental days for the booking. |
Rental Revenue | The rental revenue of the booking. This is the rental rates. |
Extras Revenue | The cost of any extra fees assigned to the booking. |
