RCM has a new report called Bookings Without Authorisations. This report will provide a list of all bookings that do not have active authorisations against them. This include bookings that do not have any authorisations, as well as those that have authorisations that have already been captured or voided. These bookings can be filtered according to the Booking's Status, as well as Pickup Date and Pickup Location. 

This report is useful if you require active authorisations at certain stages of the booking process, as it will show all bookings that do not have one. This report displays the bookings basic information - the Pickup and Dropoff Dates, Pickup Location, Customers name and Balance Owing - as well as a link to open the Booking Details page. From the Booking Details page you are able to take new authorisation through your Payment Gateway. 

To access this report, go to Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Bookings w/o Authorisations.
