Maintenance Booking Status Report
Purpose:
The Maintenance Booking Status Report displays all of the Maintenance bookings for a selected location and date range. These bookings are grouped by the Maintenance Status that has been assigned to them. This report allows for tracking of all current maintenance bookings and their status.
Included in the report is the reservation number, date, time, vehicle category, registration number, maintenance status, current location, last rental, and any notes from the maintenance booking.
Accessing Maintenance Booking Status Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Vehicle Activity Report >> Maintenance Booking Status Report
Parameters/Filters:
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific Location. This refers to the Pickup location of the Maintenance booking. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. This refers to the region that the Pickup location is part of. |
Brand | If the branding function has been setup in your RCM system, this report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand. |
Date Range | Any Maintenance booking that has some part of the booking fall into the date range entered will be returned in this report. |
Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific Category Type. |
Category | This report can be run for All Vehicle Categories or a specific Vehicle Category |
Status | This report can be run for All Maintenance Status or a specific Maintenance Status |
Example:
Res # | The reservation number of the maintenance booking |
Update | Clicking on the Update button opens the Maintenance Booking form which allows you to update the booking. |
Status | The maintenance status that has been assigned to the booking |
Pickup | The pickup location of the maintenance booking |
Pickup Date | The pickup date and time of the maintenance booking |
Dropoff | The drop-off location of the maintenance booking |
Dropoff Date | The drop-off date and time of the maintenance booking |
Entered | The date the maintenance booking was created |
# Days | The number of days for the maintenance booking |
| Category | The vehicle category that has been associated with the maintenance booking |
Model | The model of the vehicle on the maintenance booking |
Rego | The registration number of the vehicle allocated to the maintenance booking. |
Fleet # | The fleet number of the vehicle allocated to the maintenance booking |
Current Location | The current location of the vehicle allocated to the maintenance booking |
Name | The customer assigned tot he maintenance booking |
Last Rental | Information about the last booking for the vehicle allocated to the maintenance booking. |
Note | Any notes that have been saved against the maintenance booking |
