Location In and Outs Report By Date
Purpose:
The Location Ins and Outs By Date Report displays the number of rentals going out on hire and the number of returns by location over a selected date range. It groups this information by each day within the reporting period.
Accessing Location In and Outs Report By Date:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Location Ins and Outs Report >> Ins and Outs Report By Date
Parameters/Filters:
Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Brand | If the branding function has been turned on within your RCM system this report can be run for All Brands or a specific brand. |
Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific category type. |
Category | This report can be run for All Categories or a specific category. |
Date Range | The date range that will be applied to this report. |
Example:
Each day within the reporting period will have a row in this report.
Day | The day for the Outs and Ins |
Out | The number of bookings with a pickup date that falls in the reporting period. |
In | The number of bookings with a drop off date that falls in the reporting period. |
Points to Note:
- This report excludes non-revenue and maintenance bookings.
