Overview
You are able to setup which email address AplyID sends as the email to be used to send the confirmation email to once they have completed their check.
Setting Up The Address
This is done by adding a CC Email Address to one of the existing templates in RCM. To access this, go to System Setup >> System Parameters >> Email Set Up.
This page will display a list of all Email Templates in RCM.
Click on "Company Email address used for notifications from AplyID".
This will open the screen shown below. Enter the email address into the "CC to Email" field indicated below, then click "Submit".
Now, whenever ApplyID sends you a confirmation email, it will be sent to this email address.
