Hireage Days By Country Report
Purpose:
The Hireage Days By Country Report displays the number of bookings per vehicle category type by country.
Accessing Hireage Days By Country Report:
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Hireage By Days >> Hireage Days By Country
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. |
Brand | If the branding function has been turned on within your RCM system, you can run this report for All Brands or a specific brand. |
Category Type | This report can be run for All Category Types or a specific category type. |
Pickup Date Range | The pickup date range for this report. |
Example:
The report results are grouped by the country against the customer on the booking.. There is also a column for the number of bookings and Average days for each Category Type.
Country | This is the country against the customer on the booking. |
Total Bookings | The total number of bookings for this country |
Total Days | The total number of rental days for bookings for this country. |
% of Total Bookings | The percentage of total bookings that are for this country. |
# Bookings Category Type | The number of bookings for each Category Type. There will be a column for each Category Type in the report with the name of the Category Type appearing after "# Bookings". In the example above, there are two category types, Car and Test. |
Avg Days Category Type | The average number of days for the bookings for each Category Type. There will be a column for each Category Type in the report with the name of the Category Type appearing after "Avg. Days". In the example above, there are two category types, Car and Test. |
Points to Note:
- The report is based on Hired Reservations with Pickup Dates in the Selected Date Range
- The report does not include Non Revenue and Maintenance bookings
- The number of rental days is calculated from the number of days entered against the booking rather than using the pickup and drop off dates. This means if you have manually updated a booking so that the number of rental days no longer matches the dates, this is what will be displayed here.
