GPS Kms Data Report
Purpose
The GPS KMs Data Report shows the day-by-day GPS data for vehicles at a set time of day, for a specified period. The report also calculates the total number of KMs/Miles travelled for the period.
Accessing KMs Data Report:
Reports >> Other Reports >> GPS KMs Data
Paramaters/Filters
Location Type | You can search this report by the Vehicles Current Location or Owning Location |
Location | Select All Locations, or an individual location, and all the vehicles with this as their relevent locaiton will appear. |
Category | Select All Categories or a specific category |
| From Date | Select the date you want to run the report from |
To Date | Select the date you want to run the report to |
Example
The report will run showing a column with the reading for each day within the range.
Note that the data displayed is from a given time based on the following system parameter:
System Setup > >System Parameters >> Document and Email Parameters
Fields
Rego | The Vehicle Registration Number |
Dates | A column displays for each day in the range showing the Odometer reading |
Total | The total KMs travelled for the date range |
