Edit Toll Road Customer Letter
Purpose
The Toll Road Customer Letter is to inform customers that a Toll infringement fee has been processed against them.
This generally occurs as per the conditions on the rental agreement if they have not paid the toll.
The fee is usually to cover the time and effort involved in the transfer of liability. Each infringement notice usually requires a member of your team to have a statutory declaration signed. This fee is a direct result of the cost to your company.
Accessing the Toll Road Customer Letter
The toll road customer letter can be accessed through the "Manage System Emails" icon under the System Setup.
System Setup > Manage System Emails > Bookings - All other emails > Toll Road Customer Letter
How to Edit the Toll Road Customer Letter
After clicking on the the letter, Edit Email Template screen will display as below. Click Save once you have made any changes. .
