Duplicate Bookings Report
Purpose
The Duplicate Bookings Report allows you to check for bookings in the system that may have been created multiple times in error. The report will show both Allocated and Unallocated bookings.
The Report checks for bookings with the same pickup and dropoff dates, as well as the same customer, or different customers with the same first and last name.
Accessing the Duplicate Bookings Report
To run the Duplicate Bookings report access: Reservations >> Allocate Reservations >> Duplicate Bookings
Parameters/Filters
| Pickup Location | Select All Locations, or an individual location |
Date Range | You can search by either the Pickup Date or the Date entered. Any bookings that fall within the relevant date range will be displayed in the report. Note: this report can only be run for a month at a time |
Example:
Res # | The Reservation number |
Update | Click to Update the booking |
| Notes | Click to add a Note to the booking |
Type | Booking Status - Reservation/Hired etc |
Category | Vehicle Category against the booking |
Pickup | The Pickup Location |
Pickup Date | The Pickup Date |
Dropoff | The Dropoff Location |
Dropoff Date | The Dropoff Date |
Date Entered | The date the booking was entered into RCM |
Name | The customer name |
Decline | Click to Decline an unallocated booking |
Cancel | Click to Cancel an unallocated booking |
