Direct Bookings Report
Purpose:
Rental Car Manager (RCM) allows for allocation of vehicles to bookings made via the Web Booking Module. This allocation happens at the same time the booking is created.
This report lists bookings that were made via the web booking module and had the vehicle allocated at the same time.
Accessing Direct Bookings Report:
Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Online Booking DPS Payments >> Direct Bookings
Parameters/Filters:
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. |
| Date Range Type | This report can be run for one of the following date range types:

Date Range | The date range the report will run for. |
Example:
Res # | The reservation number of the booking. |
Date Booked | The date and time the booking was created. |
Customer | The name of the customer against the booking. |
Pick Up | The pickup location, date and time. |
Drop Off | The drop off location date and time. |
Booking Value | The total value of the booking. |
Payments | The total payments against the bookings. |
