The Credit Card Search tab allows you to search for a reservation using the last 4 digits of the credit card number associated with the reservation.

If this credit card has been used more than once, all the reservations associated with the credit card will be displayed. 

The Credit Card Search tab can be found under the Reservation Enquiry and Update submenu in Reservations.

Reservations > Reservation Enquiry and Update > Credit Card Search

On the Credit Card Search page enter the last 4 digits of the credit card number to search for the reservation. Click "View".

Reservations with a matching credit card number will then be displayed.

You are able to click on the reservation number in red to display the Booking Summary.

You also have the option to print the results as well as export them. For more information see the Printing and Exporting Reports article.
