Description
Category Type
Yes

Rate Type
Yes
Select either 12 hours or 24 hours as the rate type, which determines whether all vehicle categories under this category type are charged on a 12- or 24-hour daily rate basis.
NOTE: If rate type is set to 12 hours, the daily rate is applied to every calendar day, e.g. a booking from 10:00am to 10:00am the next day is charged two (2) days.
If rate type is set to 24 hours, the daily rate is applied every 24 hours, e.g. a booking from 10:00am to 10:00am the next day is charged one (1) day. A common example of this is "rental cars" which are charged on the 24 hour rate type and "camper vans" which are charged on 12 hour rate types e.g. calendar days.
