Branding or New RCM Instance - Which one works for you?

Overview

Some Rental Car Companies may have separate business entities and/or franchises. The question here is, can you run these in one RCM system, or do they need their own separate RCM system.

RCM allows you to run multiple brands from within the one RCM system. Branding allows you to have different logos and brand names for customer documents such as quotations, confirmations, and rental agreements. 

There is one question which will determine whether you can run Branding in one RCM system, or if you will require a separate RCM system. Will the vehicle fleet be shared between the different business entities?

If the vehicle fleet is to be shared between the different business entities, then we recommend using Branding within the one RCM system. 

If each business entity has it own unique vehicle fleet, then we recommend running separate RCM systems.
