Booking Swap Log Report

Booking Swap Log Report

Purpose:

The Booking Swap Log Report allows you to see all of the vehicles changes that have occurred when a Swap Vehicle has been run. It also gives you an easy way of finding the bookings that will need to be checked to make sure that the vehicle allocated to them are correct. This check will need to be done for any Maintenance or Non-Revenue bookings. If the E-Signature function is being used and has been setup to require a new signature if the vehicle is changed, then any bookings with an E-Signature will also need to be checked.
