Booking By Campaign Code Report

Purpose:

The Booking by Campaign Code report lets you view all bookings that use a certain campaign code. Generally, a campaign code is defined to allow you to link bookings to one of your marketing campaigns.
The Booking By Campaign Code report is useful for viewing how many bookings were made as a result of a marketing campaign and therefore how successful the marketing campaign was.

Accessing Booking By Campaign Code Report:

Reports >> Daily Activity Reports >> Booking Status Report >> Booking By Campaign Code Report




Parameters/Filters:


Pickup Location
This report can be run for All Locations or a specific Pickup Location
Region
This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region
Brand
If branding has been turned on, this report can be run for All Brands or a specific Brand
Booking Status
This report can be run for one of the following booking statuses:
  1. All
  2. Reserved
  3. Hired
  4. Cancelled
  5. Returned
Campaign Code
This report can be run for All Campaign Codes or a specific campaign code.
Date Range Type
This report can be run for one of the following date range types:
  1. Date Entered
  2. Drop Off Date
  3. Pickup Date
Date Range
The Date range this report will be run for,
Order By
You can choose one of the following options to order the report results:
  1. Pickup Date
  2. Drop Off Date
  3. Res #
  4. Category


Example:




Campaign Code
The Campaign code that has been saved against the booking. Booking will only appear in this report if they have a campaign code assigned.
Res #
The reservation number of the booking
Reference #
The reference number assigned to the booking
Status
The status of the booking
Category
the vehicle category that has been assigned to the booking
Rego
The registration number of the vehicles that has been assigned to the booking.
If this is an unallocated booking,  there will be no information in this field.
Fleet #
The fleet # of the vehicle which has been assigned to the booking.
If this is an unallocated booking or there is no fleet number against the vehicle, this filed will have no information in it.
Customer
The name of the customer against the booking
Company
The name of the company that is against the booking.
If there is no company, this field will have no information in it.
Email
The email address of the customer assigned to this booking
Pick Up
The Pickup Location and Date for this booking.
Drop Off
The Drop Off Location and Date for this booking
Date Booked 
The date this booking was created
# Days
The number of days for this booking
Rental Value
The total value of this booking
Payments
The total amount of any payments recorded against this booking.
Notes
Any notes that have been saved against the booking.
