Allocated By Operator Report
Purpose
The Allocated By Operator Report displays information about the number of bookings allocated by each individual operator in your system. This provides a quick and efficient way of determining which staff are being the most productive with allocations. For each operator, this report provides information on how many bookings they allocated, the total number of bookings days and the revenue information from these bookings.
Accessing the Allocated By Operator Report
Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Allocated By Operator
Filters and Parameters
Pickup Location | This report can be run for All Locations or a specific location. Only bookings with this as their Pickup Location will be displayed in the report. |
Pickup Region | This report can be run for All Regions or a specific region. Only booking with a Pickup Location in this region will be displayed in the report. If both a Location and Region are selected, only the Location value will be used. |
Date Type | This date type the report will use to apply the date range to. The options are:

Date Range | This report will only display bookings if the specified date is within this date range. |
Example
Operator | The name of the Operator. Only operators that have allocated booking will appear here. |
No. of Booking Days | The total number of booking days for all the bookings allocated by this Operator. |
No. of Bookings Allocated | The total number of bookings allocated by this operator that meet the specifications. Clicking on this red number will open a pop-up window with a listing of the bookings. See below for more information. |
Rental Revenue | The total rental revenue of every booking allocated by this Operator. |
Extra Revenue | The total value of the extra fees for every booking allocated by this Operator. |
Total Revenue | The total value of every booking allocated by this Operator. |
When you click on the red number of bookings allocated, it will open the page shown below. This displays the basic information of each booking allocated by the Operator.
Res# | The reservation number of the booking. Clicking on this red number will open the Booking Details page of this booking. |
Pickup | The Pickup Location of the booking. |
Pickup Date | The Pickup Date of the booking. |
Dropoff | The Dropoff Location of the booking. |
Dropoff Date | The Dropoff Date of the booking. |
Booking Days | The number days in this booking. |
Total Amount | The total value of this booking. |
