Agent Quotation Conversion Report
Purpose
The Agent Quotation Conversion Report allows you to see how many quotes have been made through each Agency Branch as well as those that have been converted into bookings and the value of these bookings. This can be useful in determining which of your Agents have the greatest conversion rate. Additionally, the drill down in this report also provides information about each quote made through the Agency Branch, whether they have been converted or not.

Reports >> Hireage and Sales Reports >> Quotation Conversion Report >> Agent Quotation Conversion
Parameters/Filters
Pickup Location | This report can be run or All Locations or a specific location. Only quotes and bookings with this as their pickup location will appear in this report. |
Pickup Region | This report can be run for a specific region, or it can be left as "Select Region" in which case it will be run for all regions. Only quotes and bookings with a pickup location within this region will appear in this report. Selecting a specific Location will have priority over a Region. |
Date Range | This report can be run for two date types:
This is also where the date range is set, and only bookings and quotes with the relevant date within this date range will appear in the report. |
Example
Agency | This is the name of the Agency and Agency Branch that the original Quotation was made through. Each Agency and each branch with an Agency will be separated in this report. Clicking on this name will open the drill down shown below. |
No. of Quotations | This is the total number of quotations that have been made through an agent, including those that are still quotes, that have been converted and that have also been cancelled. |
No. of Converted | This is the number of quotations made through the agent that have been converted into a booking. |
| Conversion Rate | This is the percentage of quotations made through the agent that have been converted into a booking. |
No. of Days Sold | This is the total number of days from the quotes that have been converted into bookings, will be on hire. |
Dollars Sold | This is the total Rental Cost of all the quotes that have been converted into bookings. |
Commission | This is the total Agent Commission that has been taken from the quotes that have been converted into bookings. |
By clicking on the red Agency and Agency Branch name will open up a drilldown with information about each quote and booking. An example of this is shown below.
Quote # | This is the reference number of either the Quote or the Unallocated version of the booking. Clicking on this red reference number will open the Booking Details page for this quote or booking. |
Status | This is the current Status of the quote. It will either be:

Quote Date | This is the date that the quotation was made. |
Agency | This is the name of the Agency that the quotation was made through. |
Branch | This is the name of the specific Agency Branch that that the quotation was made through. |
Agent Name | This is the name of the Agent that was recorded against the quotation when it was made. |
Category | This is that category of Vehicle that the quotation was made against. |
Pickup | This is the pickup location of the quotation or booking. |
Pickup Date | This is the pickup date of the quotation or booking. |
Dropoff Date | This is the drop-off date of the quotation or booking. |
Rental Days | This is the number of days that the booking would be on hire for if it were converted. |
Booking Total | This is the total rental value of the quotation if it was converted. |
Commission | This is the commission that the agent would take if the booking was converted. |
