Agent List
Purpose
This report provides detailed information on all the Agency Branches that you have saved in your system. This includes their address, contact information, and commission and rate types. It can be filtered for active and inactive agents, as well as those that have bookings with pickups dates within a certain timeframe.
Accessing Agent List
System Setup >> Agency List
Filter/Parameters
Agent Status | This report can be run for :

Apply Date Range | If this box is checked, then the report will only show agents who have bookings with a pickup within the selected date range. |
Example
Agency | This is the Name of the Agency. |
Branch | This is the Name of the particular Agency Branch. |
Branch Code | This is the code assigned to each Agency Branch, that acts as a unique identifier. |
IATA Code | If applicable, this field shows the IATA code of the Agency Branch. Online, Agents are either identified by the IATA code or their Branch Code. |
Branch ID | This is the number given to each Agency Branch in order to identify them. |
Address | This is the address and suburb of the Agency Branch |
State | This is the state or province of the Agency Branch |
Post Code | This is the post code of the Agency Branch |
Country | This is the Selected country of the Agency Branch |
Region | This is the Agency Region selected for the Agency Branch. These are setup in the Agency Region tab. |
City | This is the Agency City selected for the Agency Branch. These are setup in the Agency City tab. |
Phone | This is the phone number of the Agency Branch. |
Email | This is the email address of the Agency. |
Commission | This is the commission rate of both the Agency and the Agency Branch |
Agency Rate Type | This is the Rate Type of the Agency. |
Agent Collects | This is the type of payment that the Agency Branch collects from their bookings. |
Active | This indicates whether this marked Agency Branch is Active or not. |
| Special Requirements | This is any Special Requirement information that is recorded against the Agency Branch. |
