RCM now allows you to change the description on the Stripe Receipt emails.
This functionality can be enabled by going to System Setup >> Payment Gateway.
This will open the screen below, where you can control your Stripe Account/s. At the top of this screen, there is an option called "Allow users to enter a description for transaction."
Turning this on will allow you to add descriptions to Stripe transactions, that will be displayed on the receipt emails.
This is done can be done every time you make a payment through Stripe. When the payment window opens, if you select the "Email Receipt" option, the "Receipt Description" field will appear as indicated below.
If you enter a description here, it will appear on the receipt that Stripe emails to the customer.
If this field is left blank, the default description "Stripe Payment for Reservation: ###" will be used.
