Additional Feature - Labels in the Extra Signable Sections

RCM now allows you to personalise the text shown in the Extra Signable Sections to each individual booking using Labels. Labels are act like placeholders that are replaced by a booking's specific information when it is signed and when it appears on the Rental Agreement. Please note that this is only available for the Extra Signable Sections, it is not available for the General Agreement.

For example, the Label for the hirer's last name is $LASTNAME. So, if you put this in the template text for an Extra Signable Section, then when John Smith goes to sign the Rental Agreement, this Label will be replaced with Smith.

The labels that are available include:

$COMPANY Your Company or Brand name
$FIRSTNAME The hirer's first name
$LASTNAME The hirer's last name
$PICKUPLOCATION Pickup locations name
$PICKUPDATE Pickup date
$PICKUPTIME Pickup time
$DROPOFFLOCATION Dropoff locations name
$DROPOFFDATE Dropoff date
$DROPOFFTIME Dropoff time
$RESERVATIONNUMBER Reservation number of the booking
$REGISTRATIONNUMBER Registration number of the booking's vehicle
$CUSTOMERCOMPANY Name of the customer's company (if applicable)
$CUSTOMERCOMPANYNUMBER Number (e.g. GST/ABN) of the customer's company (if applicable)
