RCM now allows you to easily delete Agent Collected Amounts. In an agent booking, the amount collected by the agent appears as a payment against the booking. You now have the ability to delete these payments in the Booking Form. This can be done by selecting the red trash can icon next to the payment information and confirming its removal, thus deleting the payment record. Deleting this record will also automatically reset the Agent Collected amount above to 0.

Please note, that users are only allowed to do this if their permission flag shown below is ticked.
