Additional Driver Enquiry
Purpose
The Additional Driver Enquiry page lets you search for a reservation using the names of additional drivers.
Accessing the Additional Driver Enquiry
Reservations > Reservation Enquiry and Update > Additional Driver Enquiry
Parameters / Filters
Enter the additional driver's surname (see image below). When searching, you can enter either the complete surname or just the first few characters. Click "View" to run the results.
Note: The search is not case-sensitive
Example
After clicking "View", reservations with additional driver's who have matching names will be displayed (see image below).
Clicking on the Res. in red text will open up a separate tab displaying the Booking Details. For more information on each of these fields, see the "Form Field Descriptions" below.
Form Field Descriptions
Res. | The reservation number. Clicking on the Res. in red text will open up a separate tab displaying the Booking Details. |
Status (check this has changed!) | The status of the reservation/booking. e.g. Reservation, Hired, Returned. |
First Name | The first name of the hirer. |
Last Name | The last name of the hirer. |
Category | The vehicle category associated with the reservation. |
Rego | The vehicle registration number. |
Pickup Location | The reservation's pickup location. |
Pickup Date | The reservation's pickup date. |
Dropoff Location | The reservation's dropoff location. |
Dropoff Date | The reservation's dropoff date. |
Date Entered | The date the reservation was entered/created. |
