RCM's automation feature now has Balance Owing as both a condition and a placeholder.

This allows you to set up automations that are only triggered if the Balance Owing against the booking is a certain value. E.g. When a booking is cancelled, if the balance owing is more than $0, it will send an email to the customer requesting a payment, and if the balance owing is less than $0, it will send a notification to a user to create a refund. 

Balance Owing is now also a placeholder that can be added to the body of the Email, Notification or Webhook.
