Adding Drop Off Instructions to the Confirmation Email


Purpose:

You are able add 'Dropoff Instructions' to the confirmation email that is sent out to customers. 
Each location can have multiple dropoff instructions to cater for the different instructions that may occur between office hours and out of office hours. 


Accessing the Dropoff Instructions 

System Setup>Area of Use>Dropoff Instructions Tab




Adding the Dropoff Instruction

Click on 'Add Dropoff Instruction' 



Fields: 
Location - Enter the Dropoff Location that the instruction applies to
Enter a Subject this will appear in a drop down list for selection 
Select 'Default' if this is to be the default instruction
Dropoff Instruction - Enter the Instruction text that will appear on the confirmation

Click on Submit to save the record.


Applying the Dropoff Instruction to a booking

On the Booking Form, you are now able to select the relevant Dropoff Instruction for this location.  




When the Confirmation is viewed, the Dropoff Instruction will appear under the location as below.
