Active Payment Subscriptions
Purpose
The Active Payment Subscription Report allows you to view a list of all booking with a Subscription Plan against them. You are able to see all Subscriptions that start within a given date range, and it also allows you to search for specific Subscription by their Reservation Number or their Subscription ID.
Accessing
Reports >> Monthly Finance Reports >> Payment Subscriptions
Filters/Parametes
Subscription Start Date Range | The date range that will be applied as the Start Date for Subscriptions returned in this report. |
Reservation # | Searching for a specific Reservation Number here will display the Subscription record against this booking, if there is one. |
Subscription ID | Searching for a specific Subscription ID here will display the matching Subscription record |
Example
Reservation | The Reservation Number of the Booking. Clicking on this red link will open the Booking Details page. |
Subscription ID | The Subscription ID recorded in both RCM and the Subscription Provider. |
Subscription Provider | The Provider the Subscription was made through, e.g. Stripe |
Start Date | The Start Date of the Subscription |
End Date | The End Date of the Subscription |
Hirer | The Hirer recorded against the booking and the Subscription |
