Q: We have a couple of trading entities and brands - I assume some form of head agreement could be constructed to cover this and any future entities in the same group?
We have many clients running differing 'brands' within a single business. (RCM has a multiple brand functionality which is very common in the vehicle rental industry). However, if you are running multiple business entities (companies, not franchises), you need to have a separate database for each trading entity. If you are running a Franchise model, the system can be configured so that each 'location' is a separate trading entity.
