Vehicle Count for Billing

For invoicing purposes, the vehicle count total is based on all vehicles in your fleet that are available for booking at the start of the month. It includes vehicles that:
• Are available for booking
• Belong to a 'renting' category
• Are not virtual vehicles
• Have not been removed from the fleet as of that date.

It doesn't include vehicles that are available for future booking and will be coming onto the fleet. Eg: You have a new vehicle ordered, and it is coming on fleet next month, so you are starting to take bookings for when it comes on fleet.

As an example, if you open Vehicle Update screen and select all locations/categories and 'currently available for booking', this is the number we would charge if your invoice were generated for the month today.
