March 2024: Additional Feature - Name Fields as Read Only
You are now able to have the First Name and/or Last Name fields as Read-Only on the Online Check-in and Convert a Quote Pages. This means that the customer will be unable to change the information in these name fields. You may wish to implement this if you are having issue with customer changing their names on these pages, especially if the same customer is against multiple bookings in your system and this change effects them all.
If you wish to set these fields to Read-Only, please contact support@rentalcarmanager.com so we can set it up. Once done, these name fields will appears as shown in the image below, and the customer will not be able to change them.
